HISTORY INTERLINK ENTERPRISES with its establishment and converted as supplier of industrial Automation and Control Instrumentation company in 2010, started business as a leading manufacturer of cables trays & casting of different industrial parts for many years. Our quality products were approved by many Engineering Organization& Project Consultants thus providing a platform to have potential growth in the business with increasing valued customers, covering large and intermediate industries. The key to the right solution and to our high standards defining these complex tasks in concise way. All team members involved in a project, must have a clear idea of the problems to be dealt with. That is why we divide each project into “Stages” so that complex problems can be understood easily. “Milestone Documents” guarantee the completion of each stage and reflect the progress of the project as a whole. This way we make sure that our customer gets the soluhon in a perfect way. Here is the way how we divide and proceed to accomplish our task in simple steps: 

Defining Task In a preliminary study, all data and facts are collected. It defines possible solutions based on preconditions. At this stage, close cooperation with our customer is essential. This of course, does not mean that our customer has to be an expert in our technologies. What have to be clarified at this point what are the goals of the project. What matters are that the purpose and aim of our work is defined as clearly as possible. Our extensive experience makes it easier for our customer to make the right decisions. 

System Design This is the step where real creative engineering work is involved. Having exactly defined our tasks, we are able to use our system components so that our customer gets exactly what he needs. This is the only way to obtain cost­effective results. Our Project division has the capabilities for planning, developing and servicing our products in an innovative manner. Our engineering talent develops strategies, methods, and processes required to achieve the subject functions. Combined effort of all engineering disciplines, is used to plan and document the detailed structure of the system design. 

Management Our project division ls staffed with experts who first thoroughly analyze or customer’s requirements and process before coming up with well-balanced systems solutions. We are uncompromising when it comes to the selection of materials, perfect production and efficiency in solving a specific problem, in design test procedures, maintenance, training and services. All these qualities are integral parts of our business attitude, which has always been based on a pioneer spirit. 

Implementation Here, the plans are turned into reality. Now further internal resources are applied. The system is assembled in our workshops according to a modular concept. We are equally uncompromising in our test procedures. The test phase is divided into the step:

• Each instrument is tested in a simulated environment.

• All instruments are tested together in the workshop.

• The System Test The entire system is examined and tested.

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) is performed before the system is dispatched to the client. The ready-finished system has to pass through a final comprehensive check by both the planner and the client. The system is then transferred to the site. 

Installation & Commissioning The system is installed and is connected to the process at site, specifically designed for the demands of the particular process. Now SAT (Site Acceptance Test) is performed, the last step: the trail run under real process conditions. All functions are checked down to the very last detail. If everything works functionally, smoothly, and to our customer’s full satisfaction, a “Joint Acceptance Protocol” is drawn up.
Training The operation of the system is multifaceted as the demands are complex. This is why planners, plant managers and service technicians all have to acquire the specific knowledge each in his field of duties, to be able to perfectly deal with the system. While a system is being developed, we offer a comprehensive training program directed at a specific target group. When the system is put into operation, all staff members are already familiar with its characteristics. The training program consists of three sectLons:
Understanding System Structure: This covers architecture and functions of the system. Plant engineers and managers are involved to make them understand the system through documentation and software applications; so that they can learn how to carry out planned system modifications and expansions, including documentation updating, data saving and its retrieval.
System Handling and Operation: In this session, the plant operating crew acquires handling and operational knowledge about the system. This training program is normally held while the facilities are being installed. The engineers and operators gain sufficient hand on experience to handle the plant operation on their own behalf.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: The maintenance personnel’s gains skills to locate hardware defects, and to eliminate them by exchanging system elements. They also learn to carry out preventive maintenance.
After Sales Services Our customers are the assets of our business, therefore, we try our best to satisfy them to come back again to us. We help them install, maintain or operate a particular product. With today’s 24 hours non stop way of working, automatic changeover panels are becoming a more regular requirement within the market place. We use Advanced Automatic Synchronizing and load sharing control modules to ensure that the changeover is fail safe and that both generator and mains can be parallel to transfer the load as no break (soft) transfer. Full system backup and changeover or essential supplies and non-essential load shedding upon a mains failure. We can produce changeovers with full system bypass arrangements and more than one generator or mains supply.

This has resulted in a deep understanding of the necessity of engineering and logistical planning, as well as practical expertise in safe execution. We have tools & plants, Measuring Instruments in its capacities and auxiliary equipment that may be needed. IE group engineers have developed a unique shutdown concept that is based on the pre-engineering of all Electrical Rotaries, statics Machines and Equipment’s work. These results in greater cost-effectiveness, as the overall operation becomes more aerodynamic and equipment is better utilized.
